Healthy and Filling Green Smoothie Recipe

I just created this smoothie tonight as part of mine and my son's dinner. It was one of the most delicious and satisfying green smoothies I have had! Packed with nothing but good.

Give it a try, you will not regret it!

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Fresh Kale
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Cup Frozen Mango Chunks
  • 1 Cup Frozen Pineapple Pieces
  • 3 Packets Stevia in the Raw (Optional)

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in Vitamix or higher powered blender.
  2. Start low and increase to high.
  3. Add water if necessary.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Serve and enjoy.

Yields

4 servings (or 3 large servings)
