What Are Carrier Oils?

Carrier oils are essential when using potent essential oils. They dilute the essential oils, making them safe for skin application without reducing their effectiveness. Derived from nuts, seeds, fruits, or vegetables, carrier oils are rich in essential fatty acids and offer various skin benefits in addition to supporting essential oils.

Common Types of Carrier Oils
