Healthy and Filling Green Smoothie Recipe
I just created this smoothie tonight as part of mine and my son's dinner. It was one of the most delicious and satisfying green smoothies I have had! Packed with nothing but good.
Give it a try, you will not regret it!
- 2 Cups Fresh Kale
- 2 Cups Water
- 1 Apple
- 1 Banana
- 1 Cup Frozen Mango Chunks
- 1 Cup Frozen Pineapple Pieces
- 3 Packets Stevia in the Raw (Optional)
- Place all ingredients in Vitamix or higher powered blender.
- Start low and increase to high.
- Add water if necessary.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy.
4 servings (or 3 large servings)
